Refund & Return Policy

QUICK SUMMARY: You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or size exchange for unused, unopened product (customer pays return shipping + 15% restocking fee). If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement. Refunds are available at Shred Tech's sole discretion after replacement has been attempted. 


1. Overview 
Shred Tech is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund & Return Policy explains exactly how returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds work. Please read it carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. 


2. 14-Day Return Window (Unused, Unopened Product) 
You may request to return an unused, unopened Shred Tech product within fourteen (14) calendar days of the delivery date shown by the carrier, subject to the following conditions: 
Unused and unopened. The product must be in its original, sealed packaging with all manufacturer seals, shrink-wrap, and tags intact. The product must show no signs of use, including but not limited to grip wear, scuff marks, hydraulic activation, resistance 
dial adjustment, rep counter readings, or fingerprints. 
• Complete. All original components, accessories, documentation, and packaging must be included. 
Prior authorization required. You must contact support@shredtechfit.com within the 14-day window to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns shipped without an RMA number will not be processed. 
Customer pays return shipping. The Customer is responsible for all return shipping 
costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method; Shred Tech is not responsible for returns lost in transit. 
15% restocking fee. A restocking fee equal to 15% of the product price will be deducted 
from the refund to cover inspection, repackaging, and handling costs. 
Original shipping not refundable. Any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are  not refundable. 
Once the returned product is received and inspected, and provided it meets all of the above conditions, a refund (less the restocking fee and original shipping) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. 

3. 14-Day Size / Fit Exchange 
If the size or fit of your Shred Tech product is not right, you may request an exchange for a different size or variant within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery, subject to the following: 
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging (same 
condition as required for a return). 
• You must contact support@shredtechfit.com within the 14-day window to request an exchange and receive an RMA number. 
• The Customer pays return shipping for the original product. Shred Tech will ship the 
replacement size free of charge within the United States. 
• No restocking fee is charged on size exchanges. 
• Exchanges are limited to one (1) per order. 
• If the requested replacement size is unavailable, Shred Tech will offer either a hold until stock is replenished or a refund (less original shipping) at the Customer’s choice. 

4. 7-Day Damaged-on-Arrival Window 
If your product arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, you may request a free replacement unit within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date shown by the carrier, subject to the following conditions: 
Notification within 7 days. Contact support@shredtechfit.com within seven (7) 
calendar days of delivery. 
Photographic evidence required. Your email must include clear, high-resolution 
photographs showing: (a) the specific damage or defect in detail; (b) the complete 
product with all included components visible in frame; (c) the original packaging, 
including the shipping box; and (d) the shipping label with tracking number visible. 
Photos must be taken before any attempt to repair, modify, or disassemble the product. 
Order verification. You must provide your order number, the email used for the 
purchase, and the full name on the order. 
Product must be largely unused. Brief initial inspection and testing is fine; extensive use will disqualify the claim. 
Return of defective unit. Shred Tech may, at its discretion, require the Customer to return the defective unit. If so, Shred Tech will provide a prepaid shipping label. 
One replacement per order. Replacement requests are limited to one (1) per order. 
Once the claim is approved, Shred Tech will ship a replacement unit to the Customer at no additional charge. Replacement claims are reviewed in the order received and Shred Tech will respond within 10 business days. 

5. Sole Remedy Hierarchy 
For any issue with a delivered product, Shred Tech’s remedies will be offered in the following order: 
1. Replacement of the defective or incorrect product (preferred remedy for damaged or 
defective items). 
2. Exchange for a different size or variant (for size / fit issues within 14 days). 
3. Return for refund of unused, unopened product within 14 days (subject to 15% 
restocking fee and return shipping costs). 
4. Refund at Shred Tech's sole discretion in exceptional cases where replacement or 
exchange has been attempted and the issue has not been resolved to the Customer’s 
reasonable satisfaction. 

6. Refunds at Shred Tech's Sole Discretion 
Outside of the specific circumstances described above, refunds are issued at Shred Tech’s sole discretion, and typically only after a replacement or exchange has first been attempted. Shred Tech reviews refund requests on a case-by-case basis and, where a refund is granted, processes it to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. 
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or waive any rights the Customer has under applicable consumer protection laws in their state or country. 

7. What Does NOT Qualify for Return, Exchange, Replacement, or 
Refund 
The following circumstances do not qualify for any remedy under this policy: 
• Product that has been used, assembled, or shows signs of use (including scuff marks, grip wear, hydraulic activation, or rep counter readings), except for qualifying damaged-on-arrival claims within the 7-day window. 
• Returns requested after the 14-day window has closed. 
• Damaged-on-arrival claims submitted after the 7-day window has closed. 
• Products returned without a valid RMA number. 
• Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality (e.g., small scratches, paint variations, minor surface marks). 
• Normal wear and tear from use. 
• Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, dropping, or failure to follow the user manual. 
• Damage caused by attempted modification, disassembly, or tampering. 
• Damage caused by exposure to extreme heat, cold, moisture, or corrosive 
environments. 
• Cosmetic packaging damage where the product itself is undamaged and functional. 
• Resistance levels feeling different than expected — this is subjective and not a defect. 
• Muscle soreness, fatigue, or discomfort from using the product as intended exercise 
equipment. 
• The rep counter needing a battery replacement. 
• Lost or stolen packages where the carrier has marked delivery as complete (please file a claim with the carrier). 
• Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the Customer. 

8. International Orders 
Where Shred Tech ships internationally, the same 14-day return window, 14-day size exchange 
window, and 7-day damaged-on-arrival window apply. International customers are responsible 
for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees assessed by their country, and these 
charges are non-refundable as they are not collected by Shred Tech. 

9. Unauthorized Returns 
Do not ship any product back to Shred Tech without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any product received by Shred Tech without a valid RMA may be refused or held for up to 14 days pending resolution. Shred Tech is not responsible for the cost, loss, or damage of unauthorized return shipments. 

10. Shipping Costs 
Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, except where Shred Tech cancels an order before shipment due to a Shred Tech-side error (such as a pricing mistake or stock issue), in which case a full refund including original shipping will be issued. 

11. How to Start a Return, Exchange, or Replacement Claim 
Email support@shredtechfit.com with the subject line “Return Request,” “Size Exchange,” or “Damaged on Arrival.” Include your order number, the email used for the purchase, the full name on the order, and a clear description of the issue. For damaged-on-arrival claims, include the required photographs described in Section 4. We will acknowledge your message within 2 
business days and respond with next steps within 10 business days.

• Can I return my product? Yes, within 14 days if unused and unopened (15% restocking fee + customer pays return shipping).

• Who pays for return shipping? The customer, except for approved damaged-on-arrival claims where Shred Tech provides a prepaid label.
