Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship
Shred Tech ships to addresses within the United States. International shipping availability, if any, will be displayed at checkout.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Processing time does not include shipping transit time. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer; any material delay will be communicated by email.
3. Estimated Delivery
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Actual transit times may vary based on carrier performance, weather, holidays, and destination.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. It is your responsibility to monitor the tracking information provided and to be available to receive the delivery.
5. Risk of Loss and Title
Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Shred Tech pass to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier. Shred Tech is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the shipping carrier after the package has been tendered to the carrier.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Shred Techis not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the Customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the Customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order. If the Customer does not wish to reship, a refund may be issued at Shred Tech’s discretion, less original shipping and a 15% restocking fee, provided the returned product is received in unused, unopened condition.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office/carrier facility. Shred Tech is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend filing a police report and a claim with the carrier. Contact us at support@shredtechfit.com and we will do our best to assist, including providing any documentation needed for a carrier claim.
8. International Customs and Duties
Where Shred Tech offers international shipping, international customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees assessed by their country. These charges are set by local customs authorities and are not collected or controlled by Shred Tech. Refusal of a package due to customs charges will be treated as an incorrect-address situation under Section 6.
